三、附赠办法：
1、货品单件金额满人民币200元以上的（包括200元），和美珠宝免费赠送证书；
2、货品单件金额小于人民币200元且需要证书者，和美珠宝可代为办理，但购买货品时和美珠宝将收取鉴定证书费用7元/件。
