退换货政策

和美珠宝所售货品均有严格的质量把关，每件货品都配有国家权威机构出具的鉴定证书。对于售出的货品，存在有质量问题的，和美珠宝将负责退换，但请您务必注意以下事项：
1、货品包装完好，货品无人为原因损坏；
2、收到货品后，需在三日之内提出更换要求（货品签收当天起三日内）；
3、退换货品需寄回包括货品、服务承诺卡（2009年7月1日起生效）；
4、收到货品三日之内无任何要求的，我们视交易到此关闭。

如何办理退换货

一、退换货程序
1、货品接收：在签收前，请检查包裹外包装是否完好，如有被拆封现象，请当场拒收！签收后，如果发现货品缺少、损坏或配送错误，请您当场向配送人员指出，并要求快递配送公司出示包裹破损证明，并立即与客服中心联系，过后不予受理此类问题。请在发现货品质量问题后及时与我们的客服工作人员取得联系。

2、对于由和美珠宝原因造成退货的，您可通过电话或短信的方式与和美珠宝取得联系，告知订单号或EMS发货单号及退换原因。
3、在确认后，请您将要求退、换的货品及原包装、质量鉴定书、和美服务承诺卡等寄送至本部，并请在包裹中附上退、换货品原因。请在寄回时注意使用简易并且正确的包装，以保证货物在运输途中保持原状，避免造成货品的损坏。我部在收到货品并经专业机构检验后，会按您的要求，为您进行退、换货品。

4、您寄回货品时所产生的物流费用请先自行承担。
（买家收到的货品确有质量问题，3日内要求退货的，相关费用由和美珠宝承担；所有符合退换条件的宝贝，均需先由买家邮寄方式寄回，和美珠宝验收与原货无异样后，方能予以退换货（否则退换货品而产生的物流等费用由买家自行承担。）
注意：我们在发出货品时采用了完好的包装。您可以在收到货物时当场验证包裹内外是否完好，以确保您的利益。
5、如有赠品，退换货时应将赠品退回。
6、所有退、换货货品，在和美珠宝接收到退回货品后，会在72小时内做相关处理及告知客户处理结果。
7、因财务处理操作等原因，退货款项将在和美珠宝接收到退回货品后15日内退回到客户相应的帐户中。
8、换货货品将在和美珠宝接收到退回货品后7日内尽可能按照客户的要求为客户进行货品调换。

二、和美珠宝不予退换货品情况：
01、在退换货品之前未与和美珠宝网站客服人员取得联系；
02、货品非正常使用出现质量问题的；
03、买家造成货品损坏，丢失；
04、未经授权的修理、误用、疏忽、滥用、事故、改动、不正确的；
05、不可抗力；
06、货品的正常磨损；
07、邮寄回和美珠宝过程中出现货品损坏丢失，退回货品外包装或其他货品附属物不完整或有毁损现象的；
08、收到货品后三日内未提出退换要求的货品；
09、退换货品未寄回和美服务承诺卡的；
10、货品并非由和美珠宝网提供；
11、由于翡翠在不同光线下所体现的颜色不尽相同，加之不同显示器间设定的参数值不同，导致实物与图片间存在细微色差，在与客服交流时请买家尽量完全了解货品的详细信息。
因以上原因而非货品本身质量造成的问题我们不予以退换货。
